DMCA Policy

Last updated: April 5, 2026
TikRapid respects intellectual property rights and responds promptly to valid copyright concerns.

1. Our Position on Copyright

TikRapid is a tool that allows users to save publicly available TikTok content to their own devices. We do not host, store, or distribute any TikTok videos, audio files, or images on our servers. Content is delivered directly to the user's device at the moment of their request and is not retained by TikRapid.

We take copyright infringement seriously. If you believe that content accessible through TikRapid infringes your copyright, please follow the process outlined below.

2. Where to Report Copyright Infringement

Because TikRapid does not host content, the most effective action is to report copyright infringement directly to TikTok, where the content is stored. TikTok has a dedicated copyright reporting process:

TikTok Copyright Reporting:
Visit tiktok.com/legal/copyright-policy to submit a removal request directly to TikTok. Once TikTok removes the content, it will no longer be accessible through TikRapid.

For concerns specific to TikRapid's operation or service, you may also contact us directly using the process below.

3. How to Submit a DMCA Notice to TikRapid

To submit a valid DMCA takedown notice to TikRapid, your request must include all of the following:

Your identity
Your full legal name, contact email address, and a statement that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on their behalf.
Description of the copyrighted work
A description of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed. If multiple works are covered, a representative list is acceptable.
Location of the infringing content
The specific TikTok URL or content that you believe infringes your copyright. General descriptions are not sufficient.
Good faith statement
A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
Accuracy statement
A statement that the information in your notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on their behalf.
Signature
Your physical or electronic signature.

4. Where to Send Your Notice

Send your DMCA notice by email to:

5. What Happens After You Submit

Once we receive a valid DMCA notice we will:

1
Review the notice within 5 business days.
2
If the notice is valid and complete, take appropriate action — which may include blocking access to the specific content through TikRapid.
3
Notify the affected party where required by law.
4
Keep a record of all valid DMCA notices received.

6. Counter-Notice

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice to the same email address with the subject line DMCA Counter-Notice. Your counter-notice must include your name, contact details, identification of the removed content, a statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was a mistake or misidentification, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the relevant court.

7. Repeat Infringers

TikRapid reserves the right to restrict or terminate access to users who are found to repeatedly infringe copyright or abuse the service in ways that violate intellectual property rights.
